Results from our Benefit Events
Overview
The Vision at Isis Oasis all started with a benefit called “Honoring the Goddess Within” in 2008. It was a fun(d) raiser to help single mothers with serious diseases in Honor of Michelle Tache who passed away from breast cancer at the age of 42, leaving behind 3 daughters all under the age of 10.
In 2008 at the first event we raised $700 and an additional $1,100 in 2009 at the 2nd Annual “Goddess Within” totaling $1,800 . Angel Farms was generous enough to cover the other half of the payment for their 10 day cleansing retreat so we sent a mother from Santa Cruz to the Big Island of Hawaii.
The mother who was given the opportunity to go was dealing with over 10 years of diabetes and other complications such as kidney failure. This woman was the only one to step up and receive the gift when it was presented. Ironically she has a 4 year-old daughter named Isis and in July of 2009 went through the Angel Farms program. She lost over 10 pounds, released pre-cancerous material from her body and uses about 90% less insulin than when she started. She feels great and is starting a new chapter in her life with more strengthen in her body. Here is her testimonial:
My physical being is lighter, more fluid, a cleaner feeling. My body is functioning so much better. My need for external insulin is almost gone; it has significantly reduced, with maintenance and more liver flush and being the love that I am and sharing my true beauty, my body will completely release diabetes!! My Emotional being is full of joy, more alive, more trust, happier, happiest ever!!! I feel sooooo inspired with all that I have to offer now!!!! I I’m a love, love ball of light!! My spiritual health has most definitely expanded and continues to every moment. I want to feed my spirituality daily, lovingly and openly.

This is a great example of how we can impact the world by coming together and celebrating life. Co-Creating these amazing events as a community has given us an opportunity to aid in another person’s healing. May we continue to be supported in our work as we share our beauty with the world.
